5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or a similar role, ideally within a technical or project-driven environment;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to evaluate suppliers, market conditions, costs, lead times, and risks to make sound business decisions;
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop strong supplier partnerships while achieving favorable commercial outcomes;
Strong cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Engineering, global procurement teams, and other stakeholders;
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to changing project needs, and drive sourcing initiatives from strategy through execution.
