As we grow alongside the automotive industry, delivering advanced automated welding solutions, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic and growing team.
Your Role
As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the complete assembly of machinery, from verifying the availability of materials, components, drawings, and tools to assembling and adjusting machine components. You will perform testing activities, ensure proper machine functionality, and make adjustments when necessary.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team where mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, robotics, and controls come together to deliver fully integrated automation solutions. In this role, you will coordinate assembly phases with customers and various AWL departments, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that arise throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings to execute assembly processes and sequences.
Understand project requirements and workflow to achieve the final product.
Assemble, install, and adjust mechanical components and systems.
Follow safety regulations and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Work accurately and collaboratively with colleagues from different departments.
Ensure machines and assemblies operate correctly and participate in equipment functional testing alongside the Project Coordinator and Operations Manager.
Identify and resolve assembly or functionality issues during machine integration and testing.
