About this vacancy.

Assignment

Project schedules are constantly changing. Milestones, expected dates, and project action items therefore need to be reviewed and updated consistently. During this internship, you will support the planners in keeping this information up to date and preparing for weekly progress reviews.

Objectives

  • Learn how project phases, milestones, and capacity are connected;

  • Collect and process project updates from planners and project teams;

  • Review milestone dates, comments, and outstanding action items;

  • Support the preparation of weekly planning and progress reports;

  • Help develop a standardized process and clear handoff for project updates.

You will support the collection, review, and processing of project and milestone updates. You will track outstanding action items, identify outdated or missing information, and help prepare weekly reports.

As a practical assignment, you will develop a standardized checklist and handoff template for project updates so planners can access current information more quickly.
