Your personality
The colleague we are looking for brings structure, clarity, and direction. You are a stable and confident personality who inspires trust and motivates others to perform at their best. You remain in control when priorities shift, make independent decisions, and are comfortable taking ownership. Rather than waiting for others to act, you take initiative and ensure that tasks are followed through and completed.

You are highly visible on the shop floor, naturally connect with colleagues, and know how to guide people through change. You address performance and behavior when needed, set clear expectations, and create an environment where employees can develop and thrive. With your pragmatic mindset, decisiveness, and people-focused approach, you enable your team to grow while consistently delivering results.
